IT GIVES A SENSE OF CONTROL OVER YOURSELF AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT. PEOPLE WALK AROUND, YOU CAN BE SCARED OF THINGS, NERVOUS ABOUT THINGS, WHAT CAN GO WRONG IN YOUR LIFE.
