Shaolin Kung Fu Stretches & Moves : Side Kick in Shaolin Kung Fu

Now let me show you the last Push that your
partner can do to you. Okay. There’s more but I’m just going to show you four today.
So now we’re going to do the Sidekick Push. Ready. With Johnny’s hand against the wall,
his hand is straight, his palm’s facing out, his leg up, his toes want to point it this
way. Okay now I’m going to push his legs as high as he can. Okay, now when I’m pushing
up you want to exhale, you don’t want to inhale – one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,
eight, nine, ten. Good. Switch.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. This kick basically gives you to
kick better on your sidekick so you could kick higher, more power and of course if you
kick somebody, it hurts much more. The other person hurts much more, not you. And ladies
and gentlemen, this concludes the Sidekick Stretch.

  1. bullshit check his videos on breaking blocks if hes full of shit i wonder how many of you saying that can break blocks with your palm

  2. Bruce seems to only know the very, very limited basics which are something anyone with an internet connection or a library card can do.

His movements have no fluidity or genuine fa-jing. His motions are also painfully sluggish. This isn't to mention that his stances are weak and underdeveloped.

…I can't even go into all of the old and outdated Shaolin tricks he performs or his approach to Iron Palm. Actual Warrior Monks are *nothing* like this guy, whatsoever.

  3. @tsmith5678 dude shaolin kung fu is known for the lethal kicks this man on the write probably a self proclaimed master of the martial art form can probably kick you in the head so quick you cant get a block up or even start to dodge it yet so hard you could break your neck.

  7. Of course, if you're training to be a Shaolin Monk in China, you won't need this vid, since you'd be practicing Tong Zi Gong (the training that little kids in China do before becoming full Shaolin Monk trainees) before getting into actual fighting techniques.
