  1. Each movement is meant to be a practical move. Together and carefully controlled they can appear to be a pussified dance, but when each piece of the "dance"/form is used as necessary the combat applications appear.

    It's maths for the body, muscle memory, muscle intelligence, martial competence, accomplished power

  5. @stellarson my Goju ryu karate sensei refers to forms as a toolbox, it is up to the individual how to use the tools, the tools are the techniques, but take care to use the right tool for the specified job
