Sensei Dee getting ready for World Cup

150!!! About 6 Mins A nice warm up before push ups 🙂 20 to 1 That’s 20 lunges, 20 push ups and 20 sit ups! Sensei Dee has done 132 push ups by this point! Then 19 lunges, 19 push ups and 19 sit ups all the way down to 1 5 sets of shuttle runs with tournament kata at the end of the final run… it was awesome! Sorry you missed it because my phone memory was full 🙁
