  1. Very good video. but were do you send your chi to during the second part of the video. Keep up the great videos ;D

  2. hey i am wondering tis video is about wat kind of qi gong cause i heard tat there is an internal qi and external qi are they the same or diffferent and do i need a professional to guide me so i wont go into a strange situations

  3. im watching this to learn how to calm my self down weither when i im angry or strectching for battles i kno i kno you only use your martial arts to show off wat eves i just really want to learn k

  4. This qi gong is "the real deal", many styles and schools use it for circulation, health and joint exercise. But "True Shaolin Kung Fu" is hard to define, many styles were practiced at shaolin, some brought in and some created there, many just passed through and evolved there. Whats actually Shaolin and what isnt is very strict, but very messy and complicated to tell. Check out monks Shi De Jian, Shi De Yang and Shi Yan Ming for different, but still true, shaolin approaches, see for yourself 🙂

  5. From my understanding, this is one of the forms of moving meditation exercises that the Indian monk Bodhidharma brought to the Chan Buddhists of China, and this helped to form what is Shaolin Kung Fu.

  6. Very nice demonstration. I will do this exercise every day from now on. Does anyone knows the e-mail of sifu Bruce Wen?

  7. Wu Shu (武術)means martial arts. It is just in Chinese language.
Kung Fu (功夫) means Chinese martial arts, martial arts invented by the Chinese

  8. That's partly correct: Kung Fu simply means "achievement through hard work" and doesn't necessarily refer to martial arts.

  9. That is in direct translation. Generally, Kung Fu is directed to chinese martial art.
Not many people use the term Kung Fu today to direct to "Hard work" and other stuff

  10. Thank you for the Qigong demonstrations, I really appreciate it =-) I will use these moves everyday to help relax me.

  11. The only thing I'm practicing at 5 in the morning is how to wipe my but with more of this vatican toilet papper and find a way to get out of america , aka babylon the great.

  12. China , why do I suspect china are also wipping their buts with vatican toilet papper?

Yes the vatican is that sick

  13. If Shaolin monks are trained that humility is a good quality, why does this guy have his head raised in an incredibly prideful way?

  14. Theres something weird like when I watch this I feel a sense of calm and I can feel or sense him moving the chi it's weird but quite cool lol

  15. When teaching Shaolin KF some students didn't have the breath or stamina to do the basic training exercises so I would teach them the 8 moves & after 2 weeks training them everyday they could do the external Shaolin exercises easily.
There is a book by Geoff Pike called The Power Of Chi, by Bay Books, that explains the 8 moves & breath timing and everything very well.
This is a type of Qi Gong that goes by many names 8 Pieces of Brocade, 8 section brocade, Pa Tuan Tsin, 8 precious sets, etc.

  16. This really helped me to understand it. Seeing it laid out so plainly is much easier than trying to read it from a book. Thank you.

  17. i wish america didnt suck so much. wake up-go to school/work-get home-sleep-rinse and repeat several thousand times- die…..well at least thats how you get money.

  18. hey oscie im going to spend a whole entire day trying to understand y u watched a video u dont even like then u comment on it knowing someone's going to argue with u so let the 24 hr observing begin.

  19. im new 2 dude and it just comes to me but pray on it to watever god u believe in or if u dont have one then srry for saying that last part

  20. That's a bunch of crap. Travel anywhere in the world and americans look lazy. My Chinese teachers worked 60-80 hours a week and were all over 50…In arabic countries was the same.

  21. Wow. Great movie. My good friend was formerly an overweight dude. He went from 283 lbs of pure fat to 217lbs of purely natural lean muscle mass. That shit was outrageous! I just subscribed personally because I wanna beef up. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)…

  22. i agree my friend but we have free will and that is why i am working a mindless job for now at my young age to work towards living a peaceful simple life.
These days a child does not question "what do i want to learn more about " for college instead the question is " what career do i want that will pay me the most money" truly sad indeed.
And the ones of us who don't study have more of a mindless job.
I've seen enough of that growing up

  23. but we can change it! learn from masters study consciousness, Be ready for the shift into a new reality. The world has now shifted to a point where we are a bit more positive then negative and that was the date december 2012. Change your reality by being conscious of your emotions and thoughts. Think only positively and great things will be brought to the now foryou

  24. This is probably gonna sound stupid but why do monks wear those robes? Why not some other kind of uniform don't you ever trip on the robe part?

  25. We practice the same Bu duan Jin Qi Gong breathing techniques in Tai chi, yang style but with some differences in the movements, thx for sharing your wisdom!
