MAE MAWARI UKEMI (JUDO)
Hi friends, I’m Vanesa. In this video I’m going to teach you some exercise progression to make correct Mae Mawari Ukemi. The most important point for this fall, is “chin to chest” and roll on the arm (at the beginning). First exercise: we start with 3 supports, and pay attention at the triangle which form between our knee from the legs back, our other leg and our hand. We must to put well the hand in the triangle, roll on the arm, hit the tatami with our hands, control our legs, chin to chest, etc… The next exercise, is the same, but we only have two supports and we are stand-up. …and remember the same as at the first exercise in this fall. The same. Stand-up (we are increasing the height). Remember all important points: chin to chest, roll on the arm, hit the tatami with our hands, control our legs, etc… At the end, I’m going to do a similiar fall like a “mortal” because we’re going to not have any support. Now, you can see the same exercise at real speed….
