Kung Fu Center. This is Kung Fu for health. I’m going to be performing for you Tantui
2. Tantui translates as the spring legs. This is a basic Kung Fu set teaching you strong
fundamental techniques with blocking and punching. They’re perform on right side, left side,
right side in finishing. This is Tantui 2. Remember that you want to
begin working the Tantui slow and evenly and then once you feel you have a good understanding
of it, then you can go ahead and speed up and go through the techniques fast.
