Kung Fu / Karate in Real Life

Hey guys, what’s up? Some mixed martial arts
in the garden. Now think about your stance, the narrower it is the less balance you have,
the wider it is the more balance you have. Here we go, horse stance is good for something

  1. Real life application :p Actually, the mabu stance can be used well to execute a sweep. I've done it a couple of times in sparring, so basically you're in punching or even clinching range and you step one leg behind the opponents legs, often masking the step with a jab or something, then with one extended arm on the front of his torso, you push him over your bended knee behind him for the takedown. 🙂
