La semaine dernière c'était Samedi le Championnat départementale au kata j'étais nul j'étais pas concentrée du tout mais pour le combat.. j'étais contre une ceinture noire il a 9 ans d'expérience et moi je viens de commencer ça fait 5 mois et j'ai pas gagné mais j'y étais presque perdre gagner c'est pas important ce qui compte c'est que j'ai fait un beau combat un moment j'ai trouvé le bon moment pour lui faire un mawashi visage et j'ai vu il y en avait très peu qui le faisait et quand je l'ai fait tout le monde a crié parce qu'apparemment il était super bien fait et le gars est venu me dire à la fin du combat franchement si tu continues comme ça tu pourras aller loin ça fait plaisir j'ai eu plein de compliments! Du coup je suis champion départemental dans ma catégorie en combat comme j'étais le seul dans ma catégorie c'est pour ça. Et du coup au mois de janvier j'irai au championnat régionaux.

  10. il y a de vrais soucis les mecs. L’élève n'est pas au point et n’exécute pas vraiment le mouvement comme il se doit. Il n'est pas aussi souple que cela. L'explication sur l'efficacité uniquement JODAN, me faire RIRE vraiment. ça patauge. perso je retire une tel vidéo.

    À environ 1’35-1’50, le 6eme dan raconte une pelleté de connerie: le ura wawashi geri n’est justement pas fait uniquement pour le jodan!!!! La technique jodan est faite pour la compétition!!!! Par contre ura mawashi chudan dans le plexus ou dans le dos……a mon avis c’est efficace…..à mon avis!
