Il tipo di respirazione che descrivi, se ho ben capito consiste nell'immaginare d' inviare con l'inspirazione aria verso il basso, portando l'addome a sollevarsi e al cui termine, nel momento dell'esecuzione della tecnica espirare, contraendo con forza gli addominali. Ho ben capito?
