  1. I'm guessing it's like a "pullback" for your hand. Like to rest it from it's thrust forward to the air, i guess to relieve pain if any has affected your hand during the punch.

  2. Which horse stance are they using? It can't be the original one because their thighs are not parallel to the floor. Unless it's poor teaching. Many things are changed and mixed with modern forms in recent times.

  3. the ma bu should be foots straigt forward not to the side! and the end part is not in ma bu is it in a totally different stance i don't know the name but you are sitting on the you're knee and flat of you're foot and and the other is like ma bu
