  1. notice how your heel lifts off the ground?that means your entire body weight is resting on the tiny little bones in your foot.If you were to impact something solid (ie.something with proper foundation) the force would be transferred into the weakest link in your structure….btw in a combat situation its not about who kicks the highest…Peace

  2. lol Watch MT fighters, the supporting leg goes on the toes. It allows for more weight transfer into the target. Keeping the heel down, holds back the power. I will make a video on that shortly.

  3. Horse stance will help with flexibility. Flexibility alone may help higher kicks as there will be less pull from the antagonists.
