New York. We are here today to present to you basic Kyokushin technique. Continuing
with the basic Kihon techniques, Seken Ago Uchi, chin punch. It is demonstrated from
the parallel stance with the fists held shoulder level. Shifting over, right hand to the chin.
Left hand to the chin. How you demonstrate this, Kyokushin fighters are prepared to fight
in the parallel stance, because this is generally how self defense is started. Right from here,
right from the floor, hit. That is the technique in practical terms. Like so. Traditional way,

    If you do Kyokushin, you'll be doing yourself a huge favor going down to the Boxing gym once in a while to pick up a few things that will improve your confidence and technique in punching, and ultimately in sparring and self defense.
